PostShop lets you print high-quality color images from PostScript level 1 and 2 jobs and various raster image files (i.e. JPEG, GIF, Tiff, Sun Raster, etc.) from any UNIX application software or command line. Auto-Format Recognition. PostShop technology has auto-format recognition built-in so that you don't have to worry about going through hoops to print your images. Now you can send TIFF, GIF, JPEG, EPS, and PS files (and more) into the print queue directly, and PostShop takes of the rest! PostShop supports up to 32-bit color images.

Fast, Efficient Network Printing. Using a UNIX workstation or server's CPU power, PostShop ensures fast and efficient high quality output. Through a direct interface to Vividata's print driver, raster image printing to SCSI printers is really fast. MAC and Windows clients are supported via third party solutions like PC/NFS and CAP.

Print Direct From Popular UNIX Applications. Users of Netscape, WordPerfect, Applixware, FrameMaker, WABI, Interleaf and all other UNIX applications that generate PostScript can use PostShop to use printers previously incompatible with these applications.

Advanced Print Controls. Brightness, contrast, positioning, scaling, and orientation controls are available. PostShop's command line interface allows quick and easy access to the special features of your printer. You can even customize print headers and footers, if you wish.
